    What is the meaning of Relatively Prime Numbers.

    Two numbers that don't share any factors

    eg 12 = 2 x 2 x 3 and 35 = 5 x 7

    But in such a case it's need that two numbers are also prime numbers. On your example 12 and 35 are not primes.
