Uzbekistan and Cyprus
Uzbekistan and Cyprus are almost exactly the same, if you look at these facts.
- They both have a Greek side and a Turkish side. (Except Uzbekistan doesn't).
- The capital of Uzbekistan is Tashkent, the capital of Cyprus is Nicosia.
- And finally, one of them was part of the former USSR.

Does anyone have a mint, and $3.75 in quarters?
Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and you just water down your vodka.
Take credit, not responsibility

Nicosia almost sounds like nicotine... I wonder if those hookas of Turkey has some nicotine in them as well.
