Have any of you ever looked in the Obituary and wondered how everybody dies in alphabetical order?

My Grandfather used to look in the Obituary and if he didn't see his name, he'd go to work .

You don't get it?
You know, he looked in the paper, if he didn't see his name, that would mean that he wasn't dead and the people at his work knew he was alive, so he'd have to go to work. If his name was in there, and he was still alive, the people at work would believe he was dead and he wouldn't have to go to work .
It's a joke, although, he really did do it, he was a funny man .
Miss him a lot, he passed away when I was nine.
I could've learned a lot from him, but I was to young to ask anything right then, to little to really understand anything .

Man, you seem to confuse to (for, of, so, as, as well as, as far as, in connection with, in that direction, or before verbs in infinitive) with too (very, more than necessary, more than enough, and also, in addition to, as well) which in turn confuses me even more!
You must say "..I was too young to ask anything right then, too little to really understand anything... "
Regards.
