.net service pack 1
Hello,
Has anyone downloaded the latest service pack from MS.
I am wondering is it worth getting it. I am using the professional version of VS, and have noticed that sometimes it runs slow and in very few cases will crash.
It would be nice have some ideas on this.

Re: .net service pack 1
SPs are always worth getting as they are primarily target bug fixes.

Re: .net service pack 1
The 2005 SP-1 is worth installing as it contains many bug fixes. It does require more disk space to install and if you have multiple version of VS installed or frameworks then it will repeat the install for each.
You can go through the list of bug fixes and make the decision yourself but I bet it will be worth it for you as I can not think of a valid reason not to install it.
