[2005] command line winzip winrar

I've got a problem with command line
I use this

Shell("c:\programmi\winRAR\winRAR.exe A c:\tema.rar c:\tema")


in this way in archive there is the folder with the files but i want only files(not in a folder).
how can i do?

and do you know winzip's command line???
I don't found them.

So you basically want to move all the files from the folder into the previous directory and remove the folder that they were in?

yes...I want to insert all file from folder in an archive .rar or .zip...and remove the folder...
