Alphabetical Listing

Hi all,

I need to create an ASP to display an Alphabetical listing of Name base on the First Letter of their last name form an Access DB. e.g. A will display all with Name that starting with A, B will display all name that starting with B. I have try Trim, Ltrim, but with no success. Any lead or direction on how to Filter out the Letter are appreciates.

If u r using javascript u can use substr function and in vbscript we have mid function. HOpe this helps
