One thing that can be done to help moderators is that the moment you see multiple/cross posts from a user you can just click "Report bad Post" on the left corner of the mentioned post and enter your comments as Multiple posts byt the user or something similar to that.
This way mods will be notified that there are multiple posts and can take proper action.
Use [code] source code here[/code] tags when you post source code.

Just a little extra note, the "Report bad Post" link only tells the moderator of that particular forum (so for the "Database Development" forum, just me), and I think Admins too. As none of us are online 24/7, it can sometimes take a while for the message to get thru, and action to be taken.
Super Moderators can deal with issues in any of the forums, so if any of us are online at the time (we're shown in orange at the bottom of the home page) feel free to tell us via PM instead.
