    How to get your software "out there"?

    I have decided to release some programs commercially as shareware. What are the best ways to get the software out to the public? What sites can one use to upload there files so others can view information and get user reviews?

    There are a lot of download site such as downloads.com but as for user reviews... That rarely happens. User either use your product or they don't most won't take the time to return useful information.

    If your installation is not good you may never know. This is where most software fails and the companies that produce it are clueless...
