    Resolved About: SMS/Text Messaging

    I want to develop a software that let anyone to send free SMS to Cellphones(Like chikka).

    Please give me some guide on how to do it.

    You can't just send an SMS arbitrarily into space. These services involve deals with mobile telephone service providers.

    Doesn't ICQ provide that in their Dlls?
