DVD Players That Can Catalog
I have been waiting for something like these for a while but never knew what to call them but sony came out with a dvd player that can catalog your dvds, cds, etc. and you can explore and search for them via your tv or computer.

Does anyone know if another company has something similiar to this product?

Yes it is, I've been using an 800 disk changer for backups and data archiving since dvd burners came out. Before that I used CD jukeboxes, before that I used tape jukeboxes and hard drive Jukeboxes. It's the same technology with a different interface.
