    I need a little help at getting a formula for how the attached chart works. The density and severity values will not change but the max PCI could be any number up to 100. So basicly what I'm looking for is if a user puts in a value of 3 for density and 2 for severity and PCI max of 6 what's the result or if they change the PCI to 15 what's the result. Hopefully I have made this clear enough to understand.
