For those who are interested, I'm building a free Visual Assembler IDE. It will basically allow you to create all visual portions of an assembler project in a RAD environment. In addition, it offers a lot of other useful items.
It's still early alpha, though! Let me know what you think.

It seems so that VASM works with TASM too ! But can´t get it to work with it. Or can I only use MASM ?

I'm still working on VASM as it is still in early alpha. But, TASM will be supported.
I'm currently concentrating on completing full MASM support.

Quick question, how long do you think it will be till a useable version will be available? Im really looking forward to having a good IDE for asm.

Actually, the next version of VASM will include full XML support. This means that all internal data as well as project data is stored in XML. This is important as the project manager will use this information to assembler and link (besides other things).
I did finish the code complete API tool tip help, though. You can see this in the next version as well.
I will try to release the next version soon. Keep checking the VASM site.
