OK, guys..... I've never done ANYTHING with databases before, but the need has finally come up... and I'm totally clueless. So do any of you kind souls know of any good online resources for me to learn from? I've been looking for a couple days now with no luck. Or, if someone is particularly kindhearted and generous, I wouldn't at all mind having a tutor... :-)

you can read free books online at www.mcp.com, all sorts of categories of computers, programming, networking, etc. MSDN is also pretty good too.

I'd really just like a good site that explains everything basic.... All of the sites (including this one) I've found that cover "the basics" just seem to cover *extremely* basic stuff... Would it help maybe if I told you exactly what I'm trying to do and you guys could give me advise? I'm desperate here and (*Gasp*) I've only got about a week left to finish my program. (I hate deadlines.)
