I have a DBaseIV table called fees.dbf, an index called fees.mdx and an inf called fees.inf that associates the index with the table. All are in the same directory. My problem is that the index is not being updated when I add a record. I thought the .inf was suppose to allow the jet engine to update the index when it updated the table. I have no problem making changes to the table. How do I get the index updated? Thanks.
