    When I try to look at the resource file....It says its in English(UK) (DAMN MICROSOFT!!!!!!!! )

    How can I view it (I don't have the help files)

    It won't let you just open it? Hmm......no idea. Mine opens both types (UK/US) with no fuss at all.
