[02/03] error creating windows handle

i have problem and i don't know how to find the cause off my problem
when a want to start my program a error creating windows handle block my mainmenu function
how can i solve this problem or how can i find the cause off this problem ?

what did i try :
1) in the task manager i looked at the object column , the handles treads and gdi objects the have a value round 300 an 250
this is ok because you this is smaller then 5000

2) i deleted my mainmenu the problem still exists

3) i reduce me input fields on my form the problem still exists
