Looking for cheap cost effective control suite

I've been looking at componentsource and a few other controls sites and was wondering if I could get some suggestions.

I'm basically looking for a user interface control suite that will let me do the following...

1.) Add custom Outlook 2003 type look and feel to my windows apps
2.) Provide a fast, groupable grid control
3.) Add those nice toolbars and docking menus found in Outlook 2003.

I've looked at the main Suites, like Janus, Infragisitcs etc. but they are way too expensive.

I'm looking for something < $299

Anybody got some suggestions?

vbaccelerator has some code examples of how to duplicate Outlook 2003 commandbars and listbars.
