    It's just that I am dismayed with the current system in our local government, when considering applications they tend to practice "It's not what you know but whom you know." The MIS Department in our LGU is composed of 'incompetent' individuals that doesn't even know how to program, the LGU is paying expensive software dev't companies just to computerize their system while I believe I can offer my skills to them at a much lower expense... It is just so disheartening.
