hey i would like to have a personal website. and can i get it free without any single payment for lifetime..does any site serve this.

For what its worth, I'd find a cheep host (many $1 a month ones out there) you get good relible hosting with a domain for about 20 a year.

I noticed, but will Express be much different to "standard" on a remote web server tho?
Im guessing the differences wont be a big deal breaker, not at that price anyway!

But they also have MySQL too just incase. I have access to a site I'm working on for a friend and its hosted at networksoltions where its only $13.30 a month for the advanced hosting package. Includes MS SQL Server, .NET, MySQL, Access, Front Page extensions, 50 email boxes, and a domain name. Not too bad if you ask me. Plus still other features too like SSL.
