The wossname wossgame
If you were our favourite beer-drinking, slightly belligerent, Futurama-loving, rose-tinted, Most Grouchy compadre, how would you respond to the following:
Plz,
Having trubble with drawng. Making 3D game and need help. pset seem to very slow. What can I do? Please help me.

The correct response would be something along the lines of.
Well, for starters you should stop living in the dark ages and get C# for christ's sake. What the hell do you hope to accomplish if you shackle yourself with such primitive tools? If I were you I'd probably go and beat myself over the head with a rock until I learn to think for myself and stop asking lame questions. I really really hate you and everything you stand for and I wish you to die in a burning infer...
But since this is VBF such a reply would probably be frowned upon if it was posted in a technical forum.
Give yourself extra points if you used any of the following in your own answer...
- "benighted heathens" (4 points)
- "VB6 is ****" (128 points)
- "Wossname is wonderful" (1024 points)
I don't live here any more.

Re: The wossname wossgame
OK, Round 1 is over. Time for Round 2.
...But my code is a bit convoluted and I'm sure there is a more efficient way of doing it.
Can anyone suggest a nice algorithm that would help me?
Thanks for reading
Adam.
This is a quote from wossname (I know, I know. It just seems so unlikely), but to what was he referring?
1) His "Hello World" app.
2) Best-fitting of a line to a 3D graph.
3) Drawing points on a picturebox.
4) A prime number sieve.
5) Something else...
No cheating and doing a search.

Re: The wossname wossgame
Wasn't he trying to figure out how to meet women?

Re: The wossname wossgame
On this (rare) occasion, wossname was not trying to meet women. If he were, it is unlikely that he would post here in search of an algorithm. He would PM Jake.

Why? Would he be hoping to recover some of Jake's products to the hetero path?

Re: The wossname wossgame
I gather that Jake is very good at meeting women. As to what happens afterwards, I make no comment.

Re: The wossname wossgame
I think he's more like a catalyst in a chemical reaction. He facilitates getting women hooked up with other women while remaining unchanged in the process.

That's why woss gets his French Maid outfit on before he PMs Jake. It's a cunning deception.

Re: The wossname wossgame
Ah, very clever. Kind of the reverse of The Crying Game movie.
The more I think about it, the more I like the idea. Hey Woss, where'd you get the French Maid outfit? Do you think they have one in my size.....extra hairy?
