Data report question?

Anybody here can help me regarding my problem in data report. If it is possible to meet my requirement or need.

I have a program that generates a report (using data report) every end of the transactions.

In my report now I used four sections in data report first "Report Header", 2nd "Page header", 3rd "Detail" and "Report Footer".

My problem is if my "Detail" part contains greater than 3 rows (datas), my "Report Footer" data will automatically go to the next page.

What i want is if "Detail" part contains greater than 3 rows, just the bottom parts of my "Report Footer" will go to next page.

How can I do that? Is it possible in Data report? Any help really appreciatted. Thanks in advance. Actually this is my first time in reporting.

The Data Report is pretty limited in functionality.

Each section has a Keep Together property and if True the entire section will be printed on the same page. However, I think the default is False so this probably won't help at all.

tnx brucevde, so what's your advice regarding this? Actually i will present this project today, for the mean time i just used data report temporarily.

Brucevde, how to format the amount in currency or number using Label.caption? Only the Text can be formatted, is it possible?
