Help To Compare And Format Data In Access Report

    Dear Friends

I am creating a project in which i want to comapre two data field and format the second field according to the condition.

I will give the explanation to make it understandable to all of u.

i have two fields date of birth and issue birth certificate (it is also date field)

what i want is that i want to compare the data of each record in date of birth field with the system date and if system date is more than two days of date of birth and ISSUE CERTIFICATE FIELD IS BLANK. IT SHOULD MAKE THE COLOR OF ISSUE CERTIFICATE FIELD RED FOR EACH RECORD HAVING THIS CONDITION.

But i do not know how to do it. I started a thread previously also. but i did not get any correct response though one mr Robdog help me a lot.

But now this is very urgent. kindly help me friends. I am waiting

    Thanks in advance

    Hmmmm,

I think you should use datediff() function for this thread and the previous thread...Examples of datediff() can be found in an MS Access help file...
