Convert Database

If I wanted someone to code a module/class to convert: MS Access, mySQL or MS SQL to a MS Access, mySQL or MS SQL. How much would this cose me?

I want to be able to convert:
MS Access -> mySQL
mySQL -> MS Access
MS Access -> MS SQL (All the possible combinations with the 3 db types).

I would have charged you $150 an hour LMAO (Which i am currently getting paid) But it would have took me two days!
