    Resolved [RESOLVED] security demonstration

    Hi

I will be doing a presentation on .Net security, using powerpoint and some code demonstrations.

The presentation will take place in the UK, but I also need to give the presentation to others who are in India.

I can do the powerpoint, and speak through the slides.

However, demonstrations of code can't be done like this. I need to demonstrate real code and step through it.

I need an application that will allow me to record what is going on on the screen, including powerpoint, visual studio demonstrations. Recording my voice would be a bonus, and save me a great deal of time.

Pointing a video recorder at the screen would not be an option, as clarity would suffer.

Please help - all suggestions would be welcome.

    Re: security demonstration

SnagIt can do a screen capture of video and sound.

A tip though. Make sure you use a low resolution otherwise those guys in India are going to have a large video in file size as well as a video possibly large then their screen's resolution.

Edit: can I have a copy of this? lol

    Re: security demonstration

    Hi

I'm afraid this will be a corporate resource, so I can't send a copy.

However, Marcus Perryman of Microsoft did an excellent presentation recently on application security.

Cheers for the help - I'll not mark this unresolved just yet.
