help with communication between pocketPC and Destop using bluetooth

Hi.
I am student and perparing the final project, the main part is communication between the ppc and destop.

and the destop is master broadcast the information, and ppc is the client that only function as recever. all coding by VB.net, but I found the long time and it is less reference...

I am no idea for coding, and who know how to start the bluetooth connection?
