    Good free icon editor?

    Hey, is there a good (free) Icon editor out there? I usually use the VS 2003 one, but I've been using the Express 2005 editions lately, and it's a pain to fire up VS 2003 just to make an icon..

    Icon Edit Pro is a pretty good shareware one. www.iconedit.com.

    last time i created an icon with windows, i used The GIMP. and previously used MSPAINT.
    CSS layout comes in to the 21st century with flexbox!
