Is there an inclusive deployment tool?

I'm having problems when 'novices' try to instal my application developed in vb.NET 2005.

    1. They must instal the .NET framework
    2. They require Windows Installer 3.0
    3. They require MDAC 2.6 or later
    4. The database they require must have R/W rights

By the time they wade through all of this I'm not left with much credibility!

Is there a means to package all of this (maybe not point 4!) into the one installation routine?

I'm a fair novice myself using .NET2005 for Windows Applications.
Presently I use the Build/Publish option to create the setup routine. Is there a better way?

    Thanks,

    Geoff

Of course this sort of tool exists!
Found it after posting my question in the MSDN help under 'Setting the ClickOnce Deployment Properties'

Sorry to bother people with this....
