Does anyone know of a way to do or create the following:

When our geo's etc, go overseas usually to some remote place in Africa. They connect to there e-mail by dialling up our mail server. The problem is when they connect it downloads all the e-mails without letting you scan through them all to filter the "crap" out!
So they end up downloading 50 odd e-mails that are'nt really that important just to get to the one e-mail they need!
Is there a way to just download the subject and who it's from? Not the whole thing.
