    Anyone know who how I get VB5 to interact with a Gamepad? I guess it's activex - any help much appreciated

    The best way would be to use DirectInput. As you can probably guess, it's an input event for DirectX, which allows you to interact with joysticks, gamepads, and steering wheels very easily.
    Don't ask me how to do it though, because I don't know.
