CR8.5 Export to RTF broken

On a client machine, I'm no longer able to export to RTF, using CR8.5.
What happens is you click export, then choose RTF, and then pick any bottom option, Then click the button, and nothing happens after that.
Picking PDF or Excel works fine though.

The machine has the dll:
crxf_rtf.dll v8.5.32
Crxlat32.dll
and others, which match mine.

I've also rebooted the machine, and that didn't solve the issue either.
Is there a way to solve this that I haven't tried?
Also, is there a log location that CR would use?

Welcome to the Forums.

Look in the runtime.hlp file for the dll(s) that are for the RTF Export option. Try replacing them on the system and re-registering them. It could be a missing or corrupt dll.

It's using crxf_rtf.dll for exporting to rtf.

when I do a regsvr32 -u [path]
it says that:
crxf_rtf.dll was loaded, but the DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found. DllUnregisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it.

I'm not sure how to accomplish the "removal" if I've deleted the file, rebooted, copied it from my machine, then to the client, and then registered it.

I guess by removal they mean unregistering and deleting of the dll?

Use Depends.exe to see if there is any other dependancies with crxf_rtf.dll. Maybe its a dependent dll that is having an issue?

I checked out Depends.exe on my machine and the client machine, and the results were the same. There were no corrupted or missing files.

Yea, I did some searches on rtf export and didn't find anything relevant.
Still looking though.
