    How to resume downloading a file from the last time it stopped
    for any reasons such as a disconnect? Not resume download from
    scratch again but continuing from where the last time it stopped
    similar to Go!Zilla or GetRight.
    That is if u disconnect and reconnect later it will continue
    downloading from where it stopped previously.
