More Network Woes.... Damn XP
Alright more networks woes from the inexperienced master here. lol
I'm trying to get file sharing enabled on three XP machines. They are all part of the same workgroup and file sharing is enabled on all three machines but here are the problems:
1. Two of the machines can't view computers on the workgroup. They generate an error that says the workgroup isn't available.
2. One XP machine can access all the shared files and resources on the other two XP machines that are generating the errors. Plus it can view all the computers in the workgroup.
What did I do wrong here? lol

Do you have the Internet Connection Firewall enabled on any of the PC's network connections?

Just the regular Windows Firewall. There are exceptions on the file sharing abilities.

You need to enable file sharing on all the PC's in the Internet Connection Firewall, otherwise XP will block the communication.
