    Moving to Vb .NET 2003 and 2005

    OK, I recently moved to VS 2003 and VS 2005, and I realized I can't make the winsock control in them like you could in VS6. Can someone please explain to me how to make a winsock control and all?

    Winsock isnt around in 2003/2005

    You need to use the new Socket classes. Have a search for

    .Net Sockets
