Is there any free host that let you link to an image?? i mean NBCi.com dont let u do that and i dunno any free place that do

what are you talking about? if you see an image that you like, you right click it, click SAVE IMAGE AS and then you edit (resize it) and you upload it from you computer. if you need help resizing, you know who to ask.
