Looking for a development team

I've been working on a idea or project, whatever you want to call it for four years now, I know some vb6, but that's all I know in regards to game-making.

I know I'll sound like a leecher for asking this but I was wondering if any of you might lend some of your free time to help me get a Rpg going. Currently I need at least 1 one programmer min., but I would like 2 to 3, I need one or two artists, a score of music, and someone who knows how to make the game multiuser friendly.
