VS2005 Reporting [Resoloved Finally]
HI all,
I for one was please to see the reintroduction of MS Reporting tool with VS2005 however I am having a major problem it seems it will only allow connection to MSSQL 2000 ( our higher ) most of the servers at my work are MSSQL7. Does any one know how to use data from a MSSQL7 server to produce a Report.

Solved to connect to a SQL server 7 i have to use the ODBC name space and not the SQLServer name space

Sorry guys could really use some help I still can not produce a report with CS 2005 when connecting to msSQL Server 7 DB for Server 2000 it's a breaze has any one been able to produce a Report using information from a msSQL Server 7 DB.

Finally got a report to work and in a manor far more satisfactory than using the a data set and table adapter I use a object as a Data Source something i feel far more comfortable doing.
