    Sorry...there may be a way but I am unaware of one :-(

    I might be able to help

    just look for a thrid party tool to crack it... if its the VBA code that is locked try searching for a program called VBAKEY.EXE that will crack it for you, or try searching on www.astalavista.com/enfor a crack program
