Feasibility for New IT solution provider company

Hi friends, Right now i am working in a printing and publishing company, last week i suggest my owner that we should establish new it solution provider company and he agreed after a long verbal discussion. Now he asked me that i should make a feasibility for said company. I have complete road map in my mind but problem is, that i have no idea how to make a feasibility, while all data is in my mind but a professional feasibility is required. I am looking towards you because i know many of you are very experienced and professional personel here in this forum. Any one of you can provide me sample feasibility for new IT solution provider company, we are focussing on Database application and web based applicaiotn. Thanks in advance.
