    Databases with compiled programs

    I compiled an EXE with VB, one that communicates with 4 access files. When i put the program on another computer, all the files in the correct directories, etc.. and ran it, it said something about a class error. then I tried it on a computer with microsoft access, and it said it needs a VBJet.dll file. i found the file and placed it in the correct directory, and it still gave me the same error. what is the problem here? can i only run the program on a computer with VB and access?
