Pocket Application on External MySQL

I think my title sad already what I need.

I need to know if I have the possibility of some connector which will run on a pocket pc, which will link to an external mysql server.
I mention here that I have no solution by active sync, nor xml files.
I need the application to be linked to whatever sql server to whom I know the ip address, port, user and password.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it!
