VS 2005 beta and MSSQL 2005 beta - won't install?

I've installed Vb.net 2005 on one of my xp pro machines.

Now, I want to install Microsofts Free SQL server. (its free. similiar to vb 2005)

Anyway, Vb.net 2005 is working fine. But now, when I go to install the SQL server I get this error:

The link offers no help. And obviously, I don't have a CD. It was downloaded off of Microsoft's site. (SQLEXPR.EXE)

My questions is, do these two products use different versions of the framework or something? And can you have both versions? Or is the newest version of the framework backward compatable?? so I only need to install it?

I really would like to get Vb.net (2003 on one machine and then 2005 on another) working with SQL server.

Any suggestions?

I downloaded the same version the other day, and realized that I could get the img files, so spent a few hours downloading 4 img files for everything. I have the link, that RobDog888 found for me. It was only a few days or so ago. Actually 11/21 is the folder date on my server.
