    Is it possible to change the style of tooltips with some special API calls or something? Like basically, I need tooltip styles that a similar to Office 2000's look. Any ideas?

    Well, nevermind, because I happened to just frecently find something over at PSC today...

    But considering that code, what I really want to do is get the custom tooltip on everything else, not just on the toolbar... Any ideas?
