Email not working in Win XP (resolved)

I have just format my harddisk and was about to config my email (the one which is provided by XP )account. However after installing the Home edition XP, when I click on the email icon from the start menu, it just pops out the internet properties and nothing else?? which i dont know what to do with it. What could have happen? I have previously install the Outlook from Office then uninstall it through the propr channel. Has that got to do with this issue?

    Regards

Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, click Windows Components, and see that Outlook Express is checked.

Yes i got there, there are accessories and utilities, Fax Services and so on...but couldnt locate the one call Outlook Express...bythe way, the icon in the start menu reflects as E-mail and not Outlook Express..
