    Visual Studio Installer for VB6

    I never knew this was available until today and I thought I would share it with you guys:

    I think it creates .msi files for VB6! I am in the middle of downloading it as we speak (using dial-up ) but it looks awesome. Talk about blowing the PDW out of the water.

    I believe this has been available since 2000. I think they just changed the name from Windows Installer?

    You have a point my friend.

    The only reason I said that is because this one is provided by MS and is targeted to VS where as stuff like InnoSetup isn't (even though Inno still makes awesome installs).

    It doesnt matter what you use. If you use the right tool for the job you will get the results you want.
