Remote login to a WinME Machine from Linux
I need to know what software to find so I can setup a remote login server on my windows box. Perhaps there is a method via OpenSSH for windows but I couldn't find anything. I have a comp running windows which doesn't even need a monitor anymore if I could run remote logins.

Just stick a VNC server on the windows box (winvnc.com) and run one of the many available VNC clients on the Linux box.

there should be some free ssh server available for windows, but i dont know any specific software.

It says for 2000/XP but maybe it will still work on ME. Worth checking out

I dismissed openSSH for windows since the Cygwin port requires Cygwin and reports to work on xp/2k only. Also, Cygwin is rather large afaik and the comp in question has a tiny HD.
I will try VNC to see if I can get it going.
Thanks for your replies.

There are several variations of VNC, this one is the best IMO http://www.ultravnc.com/ (and free).

Well I cannot be sure if it requires 2000 or not. So don't take my word for it, there may be a WinME version out there.
Anyway thanks for the
UltraVNC link above. That is perfect.

It mentioned W95, so I think it's a safe bet.
