VB.net Dll Making

hey all, im kinda new to this forum and to VB.net too, so i wondering if there is a way to make a string tables in VB.net (or any converter that can create them (free one) )

what exactly is it that you are trying to do?

well as u know, in vb.net when u compiling the dll, u dont have string tables that u can call the dll functions from them.. right?
so all what i need is to get some dll converter that can convert my dll to dll with string tables as function calling

or mabye there is something in vb.net that allows u to create string tables

if someone know C++, he will know what i mean
