    A good place to start is by going over the requirements covered for the tests.

    MCSD.NET

    Its recommended that you have about 2 years of hands on real world experience to be ready for the tests.

    Any of the course training books from MS are good and Transcender study guides are helpful also.

    Nope, cant say that I have, but you should also look for a Microsoft Certified Test Provider or something like that. They are the ones that are certified in provding test silulations and test questions, etc.
