MySQL, how to use it?
There seems no GUI to administer or use it like the Enterprise Manager for SQL Server, just the command line? How can I create a database in it?

There are a number of administration tools available for MySQL including PHP based ones (PhpMyAdmin for instance).

I think it's... WinMySqlAdmin. It should be in the program files folder.
