I need serious help with the icq api. I have the api and everything. I downloaded it a while back, but i need to knoww how to make calls. For example, i can't seem to call the icqapi_ setlicensekey call . I tried to call it in the declarations section of my form, but there was an error. i really need help. If anyone knows the icq api or knows a legal site that tutors in icq api, i would be obliged.
