Bluetooth mouse lags
Hi
I have a wireless bluetooth mouse. When i have not used the mouse and starts using it again, it needs ½ second to "fire" up until it moves. Also, it skits around the screen instead of moving smoothly. Anyone know why?

Re: Bluetooth mouse lags
See if Windows is "Disabling the device when not in use". It may be in the power setting, or for the mouse itself.

Re: Bluetooth mouse lags
is this an optical mouse???
I have a wireless mouse as well, at first.. it JUST skitters around dunno why.. I was working on a reflective smooth solid surface. so I got a black material, that would not reflect and the mouse did fine after that.

Re: Bluetooth mouse lags
if it is skidding around,it could be because you're using a rough surface..or the batteries could be low on the mouse...

I think suede type pads(saw one yesterday in a camera shop) is good, perfect for an optical mouse
